1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OYR AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OYR AI provides AI-powered career document evaluation, resume optimization, and professional development guidance based on the OYR methodology. The Service is offered in multiple subscription tiers with varying feature sets.

OYR AI is designed to help your strengths register faster and more clearly in competitive hiring situations. Unlike generic AI writing tools, OYR AI focuses on how evaluators actually select candidates — often in seconds — and helps you improve how your experience is perceived and prioritized.

2A. Early Access / Founder Access

Early users of Optimize Your Resume AI ("OYR AI") may be offered Founder Access or Early Access pricing while the platform is being developed and refined. Founder Access provides use of the service while the platform remains operational and available, but does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted service or a commitment to provide the service for any specific period of time.

Because OYR AI is an evolving platform, features may change, be modified, or be temporarily unavailable as improvements are implemented. Periodic downtime or system adjustments may occur as part of ongoing development.

By purchasing Founder or Early Access, users acknowledge that they are participating in an early-stage version of the platform and agree that access is provided on a best-efforts basis while the service is operating. If the service is discontinued, materially changed, or unavailable for an extended period, the company may, at its discretion, offer credits, extended access, or refunds.

OYR AI is provided as an evolving software platform, and the company reserves the right to modify features, pricing, and availability as the system develops.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission
• Submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent career documents
• Share your account credentials with others or allow third-party access to your account

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact optimizeyourresumeai@gmail.com.

Free trial accounts are subject to usage limits including a maximum number of conversations and daily message limits. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading to a paid plan.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant OYR AI a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. OYR AI retains all rights to the platform, AI prompts, and proprietary methodology.

7. AI Transparency & No Guarantee of Outcomes

OYR AI uses third-party artificial intelligence systems (including OpenAI) to generate responses. AI-generated content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional career advice.

No tool can guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. OYR AI is designed to improve signal clarity and competitive positioning. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use.

User content is processed only to provide OYR AI services and is not sold or used for advertising.

8. Educational Institution & Corporate Users

If you access OYR AI through a university or organization:

• Additional institutional privacy policies or terms may apply
• OYR AI is designed to support — not replace — university career development advisors and advising sessions
• Student data is processed only for the purpose of providing career analysis and support services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

OYR AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or business revenue.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at optimizeyourresumeai@gmail.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
